Festival Season Shipping Notice (May 2 – June 10)

During this time, all merchandise is transferred to our live event site to support festival operations. Because of this, any order placed on or after May 2 will not ship until the first business shipping day in July.

This delay allows time for:

• All inventory to return from the event site

• Processing of pre-ordered merchandise purchased onsite or online

• Restocking and verification at our warehouse

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure accurate fulfillment after a busy festival season.

Standard Shipping (Outside Festival Period)

For orders placed outside of the May 2 – June 10 window, please allow 3–7 business days for processing and shipment.
